When should I arrive?

Collecting your wristband
Upon arrival at ExCeL London, attendees are required to head inside (Hall S11) to exchange your ticket for a wristband. When you arrive at the ICC Auditorium, staff will be on hand to direct you to hall S11. Please display your proof of purchase, in either digital or printed form, when you arrive.
If you hold a Premium or General Admission 3-day ticket and are attending multiple days, please ensure that you retain your wristband at the end of each day. If you lose your wristband, please head to customer services.
Travelling to the ICC Auditorium – ExCeL London
ExCeL London is well connected by public transport, including London Underground services. The closest station to the East Entrance of the venue is Prince Regent, which is served by the DLR, and a timetable can be found here. From the DLR stop, it is a short walk to the ICC Auditorium entrance.
To access the DLR from Central London, take the Jubilee Line to Canning Town, and change onto the DLR bound for Beckton. From here, it is only 3 stops until Prince Regent, the closest DLR stop to the ICC Auditorium. These services depart from Canning Town up to every 5 minutes.
Please note, there are planned maintenance works being carried out on the London Underground network from over the entire FACEIT Global Summit PUBG Classic event, affecting some London Underground services, so please make sure to plan your journey before travelling. Custom House DLR station will be closed throughout the event, so please use Prince Regent station. Closures will affect station from Bank and Tower Gateway to Poplar and West India Quay along the DLR. You can also access the ICC Auditorium at ExCeL London via bus. Details about bus stops and services near the venue can be found here.
The last DLR service bound for Tower Gateway departs Prince Regent at 00:34 Monday – Saturday, and 23:34 on Sunday. Night tube services operate from on the Jubilee line from Canning town on Fridays and Saturdays, more information can be found here.
If you are travelling Eastbound from Prince Regent towards Beckton, the last train departs from 00:55 on Monday – Saturday, and 23:55 on Sunday.
Can I Drive?
ExCeL London offers numerous options for parking your car. Please refer to the ExCeL London parking page for more information about driving to the arena. On this page, you can book parking in advance, and use their route planning tool.
ExCeL London has a variety of nearby accommodation options. The venue website offers a handy tool to compare local hotels, and we’d recommend booking accommodation in advance to avoid missing out.
Tickets for FACEIT Global Summit are still available! Tickets can be purchased in weekend and day formats. Please head to our dedicated ticket site to explore the various options, and purchase your ticket.
Additionally, tickets will be available to purchase on-site, within Hall S11. Please note, this will be card payment only.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, both digital and printed physical tickets are accepted when you arrive on site.
Age restrictions and bringing ID
This event is restricted to 16+ without an accompanying 18+ adult. You must bring your ID to prove you are 16+ if you are travelling without an 18+ adult. If you are 18+ and will be accompanying those that are younger than 16, you will be asked to present ID. There will be no admittance to those under 16 without an 18+ accompanying adult.
Seating is separated into General Admission and Premium. Premium seating is at the front of the ICC Auditorium. Event staff will be located within the ICC Auditorium to direct you to either seating area.
Can I bring my bag?
Yes, bags are permitted into the arena, however, nothing larger than a standard sized rucksack will be allowed inside. All bags are subject to search upon entry. There is a cloakroom onsite if you require storage for your belongings, which is located next to the auditorium. Please note, there will be a charge of £1 per item.
Food and drink on site
There is a wide selection of concession stands inside the ExCeL, where you are able to purchase food and drink. Click here to explore the food and drink options available onsite. Food from external sources is not permitted into the ICC Auditorium.
Alcohol will also be sold onsite to over 18s and is permitted inside the auditorium, subject to ID check. If minors are caught drinking, or you are found giving alcohol to minors, you will be immediately ejected from the site. Please be aware this is a venue restriction and is outside of the control of FACEIT. Please note, for safety reasons, hot food will not be permitted into the Auditorium.
If you have a medical condition that requires you to bring a prescription into the arena, please inform us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. This allows us to make the venue security aware in advance, and ensures you will be able to bring your medication inside the ICC Auditorium at ExCeL London.
The ICC Auditorium at ExCeL London offers step-free access. An access lift is located at East Boulevard entrance, next to the Aloft hotel entrance.

Any guests leaving the secure area are required to re-enter via the accreditation area located in halls S11. If you have exited into one of the secure smoking areas, a wand and pat down search will be conducted upon re-entry. Bags will also be searched upon re-admittance to the venue. To save delaying your re-admittance, it’s worth leaving any bags with your friends inside the arena. For the safety of yourself and other attendees, additional security measures will be in place throughout the arena.
There is a dedicated smoking area, located outside the East Entrance at Level 0. Upon re-entry to the arena from the smoking area, attendees will be subject to a wand and pat-down search. We recommend you leave your bags with a friend inside the arena to make re-entry as fast as possible, as bags will also be subject to a further search.
Where do I collect my premium gifts?
Premium goodie bags will be given out upon entry to the venue, shortly after receiving your wristband. Please ensure you collect your Premium bag upon receiving your wristband.
The ICC Auditorium – ExCel London employees strict security measures to ensure the safety and security of all attendees. The venue utilises wand and pat down searches upon entrance and re-entrance to the venue, so please allow enough time for these to be conducted.
There will also be bag searches conducted at every entrance point, including upon re-entry from outside the venue and smoking areas. As such, please allow plenty of time to have your bag searched before entering or re-entering the venue. Please note, bags larger than a normal sized rucksack will not be permitted into the venue.
Cosplay and costume
Cosplay is welcome, however, please do not bring any items which will cause any danger or potential harm to other attendees.
You will not be allowed entry to the venue with the following items:
- metal blades whether sharp or blunt e.g. swords, axes, machetes, and knives;
- actual or imitation guns, rifles, or artillery;
- rubber, plastic or any imitation blades whether sharp or blunt e.g. swords, axes, machetes, and knives;
- heavy bats, paddles or clubs including wooden or metal baseball bats;
- bokken – a type of hard wooden (or toughened plastic) training sword;
- explosives and incendiary devices;
- functional strung bows or crossbows, sharp arrows or bolts;
- gas canisters;
- protruding nails or other sharp items;
- laser pointers regardless of whether or not they are part of a costume or prop;
- heavy, metal items such as pans, crowbars or sickles;
- any other items restricted or prohibited from being carried in public by the relevant country’s law.
There are no exceptions made to these rules for special licences, memberships, or training. We reserve the right to deny entry or withdraw access to the auditorium if any of these rules are broken.
